2007-2008 JR. COUNTY TICKET ORDER FORM

(DIRECTORS: COPY THIS FORM FOR PARTICIPATING STUDENTS AS NECESSARY)

 

STUDENTS: Please return this form along with ticket money to your director. Tickets will be distributed through the directors at each of the weekday rehearsals (prior to the day of the festival concert).

*** PLEASE NOTE: Each participant is allowed a maximum of TWO (2) pre-sale tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the concert beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the lobby of Fleetwood HS. THESE ADDITIONAL SALES WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) ADDITIONAL TICKET PER PURCHASER/PER PARTICIPANT. EACH PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY THE PARTICIPANT FOR WHICH THEY ARE PURCHASING THE TICKET AND THEN THAT PARTICIPANT’S THIRD TICKET PURCHASE WILL BE RECORDED. (IF AND WHEN EVERYONE IN LINE HAS A CHANCE TO PURCHASE A SINGLE ADDITIONAL TICKET AND TICKETS REMAIN AVAILABLE, ANOTHER ROUND OF SINGLE TICKET SALES WILL BE STARTED, OFFERING THE POTENTIAL FOR A 4th TICKET FOR SALE PER PARTICIPANT.) If a student fails to take advantage of the pre-sale ticket procedure for the first 2 tickets during their weekday rehearsal, they will be limited to the single ticket purchase procedure on Saturday morning. All seats require a ticket.

Due to the large number of participants in the program, pre-sale tickets must be limited to a maximum of two (2) per student. You MUST order your tickets through your director (using this form) during the week of rehearsals in order to secure these two tickets. M.E.B.C. is not responsible for providing concert seating for those who do not take advantage of this advance ticket sale procedure.
